WEBTEXT is proud to announce its appointment as a Cisco WW (Worldwide) Services Partner, effective 26 February 2015. This follows the successful completion of a Professional Services Subcontract Agreement (PSSA).

WEBTEXT has been a Cisco Registered Developer for a number of years. The company will continue to fill this role working closely with Cisco and its customer base to bring the power of SMS Text Messaging to Contact Centers.

Text Enable my Contact Center is a set of 3 solutions to

  1. Reduce the caller queue by TEXT ENABLING your CALLS. Customers will be given the option to skip the queue for voice contact with an agent and get an immediate Text response. Caller queue times and abandon rates will be reduced.
  2. Reduce incoming calls by TEXT ENABLING your NUMBER. Any toll-free line (800 numbers) will be able to receive and reply to customer texts. Customers – many of whom already prefer to use Text – will be better served.
  3. Reduce customer call backs by TEXT ENABLING your AGENTS. By empowering them to use Text in support of voice, even while a caller is still on the line, first time resolution rates and agent productivity will be increased. Thanks to user-friendly screen-pops for CAD, CTIOS and Finesse, Text Enabled agents will see full text history and be able to handle multiple customers simultaneously.

Text Enable my System enables business systems to generate automated SMS text messages, unlocking relevant data to keep customers informed and handle their replies.
