Opt-outs

Eliminate nuisance texting. Your contacts can reply STOP and their listing will be automatically removed from your account. And “black-listed” so you can’t accidentally upload them to your contacts list again.

The magic key to targeting your messages. Instantly selects the people you want to contact by whatever identifier you have chosen (address, age, group, class, etc.)

Duplicate entries

Normally the contact manager will remove duplicates to keep your listing clean. But some organisations need to allow duplicates (e.g. 2 siblings in a school with the same parental phone number).

Import contacts

The heart of the system is your contacts list. Just get your contact listings into an Excel (.xls or .csv) file and upload to webtext.com. You’ll be ready to send in minutes.

Want to use your webtext.com contacts in another application? Just download into an Excel (.xls or .csv) file.

Purge contacts

Don’t waste time and money sending to bad numbers. Check the status of your messages in your sent box. Then use the “purge” button to remove all the numbers which have failed to receive from your contacts list.
