WEBTEXT™ has just announced that its 2-way SMS Connector is now fully integrated with Avaya Aura® Collaboration Environment (CE).

The WEBTEXT SMS Connector helps businesses get callers off voice and on to text. The WEBTEXT solution allows users to send SMS text messages from their Avaya Aura® Collaboration Environment applications, and to receive messages back in through the connector.
